Tonal Colours

I have selected a self-made container, to execute this theme – Tonal Colours.

The material consists of Gold and Green, and small burnt orange Chrysanthemums, Zinnias, Miniature Papyrus, Crepe Myrtle leaves. Small pinkish Chrysanthemums, which in the light of the studio had burnt orangy colour centre but the photograph has made them look pink. Also, the white of these petals does not sit well with the overall colour of the arrangement.

I have posted this Blog to bring your attention how when photographing your work the lighting can draw to your attention subtle errors. You don’t always see the mistake until you visit the work with ‘new’ eyes, then you see your error.
